I'm buying a gift for someone else , can you please help me to delivery to he / she ?

:: Of course ! You'll be able to personalise your gift message on checkout side so we will know who their lovely gift receiver is. Remember add on our lovely gift box in your cart too with small charges, If you wish to have it too ! 🎁 

Can I delivery the gifts to separate address ?

What is your return policy ? 

:: If we have made a mistake with the customisation or with the products, we will replace immediately. Email or message us a photo of your item (with faulty part) together with your order number. We will exchange your item for a new one. Unfortunately , we will not able to replace products whereby a spelling or other errors were made by your side during the ordering process as all our products are customise specially for you. Please do check all orders before proceed to checkout payment side. 

What is your refund & return & exchange policy ? 

  1. Please note that we do not accept cash / credit card refund. But exchange with others product or store credit ( only applicable when the size request is out of stock ). 
  2. All back order / pre order items placed can't be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable.
  3. Items must be in original condition ( tag , unworn , unwashed and unaltered).  All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criterias will be strictly declined. 
  4. All the return parcel shipping fee is bear by the customer side ( included return postage ), and customer need to take the full responsibility till the parcel reached and received by us.
  5. All returns must be sent back to our outlet within 7 days (Malaysia) / 10 days (Oversea). 

Please take note :

  • Colour of products may varies 10 - 20% due to lighting and editing. 
  • There might be 1 - 2 cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.
